{"id":5666,"date":"2021-01-19T13:10:59","date_gmt":"2021-01-19T13:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=5666"},"modified":"2021-01-19T13:10:59","modified_gmt":"2021-01-19T13:10:59","slug":"etat-durgence-macky-sall-promulgue-la-nouvelle-loi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=5666","title":{"rendered":"Etat D\u2019Urgence: Macky Sall Promulgue La Nouvelle Loi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Macky Sall vient de promulguer la nouvelle loi n\u00b0 2021- 18 modifiant la loi n\u00b0 69 \u2013 29 du 29 avril 1969 relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n<p>Le chef de l\u2019Etat Macky Sall vient de promulguer, ce 19 janvier 2021, la loi n\u00b0 2021- 18 modifiant la loi n\u00b0 69 \u2013 29 du 29 avril 1969 relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de maintenir le couvre-feu, de 21 h \u00e0 5 h du matin, sur l\u2019\u00e9tendue des r\u00e9gions de Dakar et Thi\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, le gouvernement du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 le 11 janvier 2020, sur le bureau de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale le projet de loi n\u00b0 46\/2020 modifiant la loi No 69-29 du 29 avril 1969 relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence et l\u2019\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge dont l\u2019objet principal est d\u2019introduire dans la l\u00e9gislation s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise un r\u00e9gime juridique de gestion des crises, catastrophes naturelles ou sanitaires qui permettra \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative de prendre, en dehors de la proclamation de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence, des mesures visant \u00e0 assurer le fonctionnement normal des services et la protection des populations.<\/p>\n<p>La loi n\u00b0 2021- 18 modifiant la loi n\u00b0 69 \u2013 29 du 29 avril 1969 relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019urgence et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge va permettre \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutive de se passer de toute habilitation de la repr\u00e9sentation parlementaire, chaque fois qu\u2019il s\u2019agira de gestion de crises ou catastrophes naturelles ou sanitaires.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Macky Sall vient de promulguer la nouvelle loi n\u00b0 2021- 18 modifiant la loi n\u00b0 69 \u2013 29 du 29&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10,"featured_media":5667,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"h5ap_radio_sources":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5666","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politique","wpcat-6-id"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
