L\u2019organisation appelle \u00e0 redoubler de vigilance dans le respect des mesures barri\u00e8res, et souligne \u00ab l\u2019\u00e9puisement \u00bb des personnels soignants affect\u00e9s dans les centres de traitement.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le pont depuis l\u2019apparition du virus au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, docteur Khady Fall, m\u00e9decin anesth\u00e9siste r\u00e9animateur \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital Dalal Jamm de Gu\u00e9diawaye, le reconna\u00eet : elle fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab On est vraiment \u00e9puis\u00e9s. On a commenc\u00e9 depuis le mois de mars et, jusque-l\u00e0, il n\u2019y a pas eu de repos, il n\u2019y a pas eu de r\u00e9pit. Mais c\u2019est obligatoire de tenir, en fait, devant la menace de morts ou de d\u00e9tresse respiratoire \u00bb, d\u00e9plore-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9gion de Matam, au nord-est du pays, le centre de traitement (CTE) d\u2019Ourossogui accueille les cas graves et dispose de cinq lits de r\u00e9animation. Les services sont sous pression. \u00ab C\u2019est tr\u00e8s difficile, notamment avec un effectif minime \u00bb, constate l\u2019un des responsables, le docteur Ndiaye Diop.
