A en croire le quotidien Le Soleil, la lev\u00e9e de l\u2019immunit\u00e9 parlementaire du d\u00e9put\u00e9 est enclench\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale sera saisie ce mardi 9 f\u00e9vrier aux fins de la lev\u00e9e de l\u2019immunit\u00e9 parlementaire du d\u00e9put\u00e9 Ousmane Sonko qui a refus\u00e9 de d\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 la convocation de la Section de Recherches de la Gendarmerie de Colobane pour r\u00e9pondre de l\u2019accusation de viol de la masseuse, Adji Sarr.<\/p>\n

La proc\u00e9dure durera huit jours au minimum, en cas d\u2019acceptation de la requ\u00eate par le Bureau de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.
