Le chef d\u2019\u00e9tat\u2013major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des arm\u00e9es (Cemga), le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Birame Diop a effectu\u00e9 une visite d\u2019adieu \u00e0 la zone num\u00e9ro 3 de Kaolack. Il s\u2019est ainsi adress\u00e9 aux troupes dans le cadre de cette activit\u00e9 inscrite dans les traditions militaires.<\/p>\n

Le CEMGA pr\u00f4ne une collaboration entre les forces de d\u00e9fense et la population s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise afin de mieux faire face face aux enjeux s\u00e9curitaires.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019arm\u00e9e s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise est une arm\u00e9e dont on attend une attitude responsable, une attitude r\u00e9publicaine et une attitude qui fait que dans tout ce que nous nous engageons nous puissions avoir une bonne posture\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019arm\u00e9e a\u00e9rienne.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Cette responsabilit\u00e9 va cr\u00e9er des conditions de partenariat entre les populations s\u00e9n\u00e9galaises et nous-m\u00eames. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous avons en face de nous une ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 humaine qu\u2019on ne pourra pas prendre en charge si nous ne cr\u00e9ons pas les conditions de confiance qui doivent exister entre nous-m\u00eame et nos populations\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n
