Arr\u00eat\u00e9 en 2014 pour apologie au terrorisme, acte de terrorisme et menace de terrorisme, Saer K\u00e9b\u00e9, originaire de Mbour, a \u00e9t\u00e9,\u00a0apr\u00e8s 4 ans de d\u00e9tention pr\u00e9ventive, Saer K\u00e9b\u00e9, condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 3 mois avec sursis\u00a0pour menace de terrorisme. Ce, apr\u00e8s qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9 des faits d\u2019actes de terrorisme et d\u2019apologie de terrorisme.<\/p>\n

Cependant, ce jeune (25 ans) qui avait repris ses \u00e9tudes apr\u00e8s son \u00e9largissement en prison, n\u2019est pas totalement tir\u00e9 d\u2019affaire. Il doit, le 29 mars prochain, comparaitre devant la barre de la chambre criminelle d\u2019appel de Dakar. Le parquet, insatisfait de la d\u00e9cision rendue en premi\u00e8re instance, avait interjet\u00e9 appel. Le juge n\u2019avait pas suivi le parquet qui avait requis 5 ans de travaux forc\u00e9s contre le jeune.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, les d\u00e9boires du jeune mbourois avec Dame justice ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 suite \u00e0 des publications qu\u2019il a faites sur Facebook pour annoncer des attentats au niveau des ambassades d\u2019Isra\u00ebl et des Etats Unis au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. \u00ab\u00a0Nous pr\u00e9parons des attentats contre l\u2019ambassade d\u2019Isra\u00ebl au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et l\u2019ambassade des Etats-Unis.
