Ce lundi, le jeune Saer K\u00e9b\u00e9 doit comparaitre devant la barre de la chambre criminelle d\u2019appel pour apologie du terrorisme. Mais, on va vers le renvoi de ce proc\u00e8s. L\u2019un de ses avocats en l\u2019occurrence Me Moussa Sarr a annonc\u00e9 que la d\u00e9fense va solliciter le renvoi de cette affaire qui vient pour la premi\u00e8re devant la juridiction d\u2019appel. Cela leur permettra, explique-t-il, de mieux harmoniser et d\u2019organiser leur syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fense parce qu\u2019il y a plusieurs conseils dans le dossier. Me Moussa Sarr a regrett\u00e9 que le parquet fasse appel dans cette affaire puisque, le jeune Saer K\u00e9b\u00e9, ayant obtenu la mention \u00ab\u00a0Assez bien\u00a0\u00bb au Bac apr\u00e8s sa sortie de prison, s\u2019est bien resocialis\u00e9. Et il \u00e9tait en train de rattraper le temps perdu derri\u00e8re les barreaux. Ainsi, l\u2019avocat souhaite que le parquet se d\u00e9siste de son appel afin de ne pas perdre le jeune qui, aujourd\u2019hui, a repris ses \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n

Arr\u00eat\u00e9 en 2014 pour apologie au terrorisme, acte de terrorisme et menace de terrorisme, Saer K\u00e9b\u00e9, originaire de Mbour, a \u00e9t\u00e9, apr\u00e8s 4 ans de d\u00e9tention pr\u00e9ventive, condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 3 mois avec sursis pour menace de terrorisme. Ce, apr\u00e8s qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9 des faits d\u2019actes de terrorisme et d\u2019apologie de terrorisme.
