C\u2019est le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Union des Magistrat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (UMS) qui avait port\u00e9 plainte contre le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de \u00ab\u00a0Avenir communication\u00a0\u00bb pour diffamation.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, lors de l\u2019\u00e9mission \u00abGrand jury\u00bb de la Rfm du dimanche 28 mars 2021, le journaliste Madiambal Diagne avait r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019UMS a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pingl\u00e9 par l\u2019Union Africaine dans un rapport officiel pour avoir per\u00e7u des frais de mission pour aller au Tchad alors qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement pris\u00a0en charge par le gouvernement tchadien.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9vu ce jeudi au Tribunal de grande instance de Dakar, le proc\u00e8s opposant\u00a0Souleymane T\u00e9liko\u00a0et Madiambal Diagne vient d\u2019\u00eatre renvoy\u00e9 au 20 mai prochain pour paiement de consignation<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le proc\u00e8s de Souleymane T\u00e9liko contre Madiambal Diagne s\u2019est ouvert ce jeudi 6 mai 2021 au Tribunal de Grande Instance de Dakar.
