Suite \u00e0 plus de deux tours d\u2019horloge de questions, de r\u00e9quisitoire et de plaidoiries, le juge du tribunal de flagrant d\u00e9lit a enfin donn\u00e9 son verdict dans l\u2019affaire\u00a0Pape Ndiaye(Walf). Le journaliste chroniqueur a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable des faits d\u2019escroquerie et condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 un (1) an dont trois (3) ferme.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, le journaliste chroniqueur de Walf a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 d\u2019escroquerie par une dame du nom de Ndeye Awa Ndir, qui lui reproche de lui avoir soutir\u00e9 la somme de 500.000 francs Cfa en \u00e9change d\u2019une promesse d\u2019intervention chez le juge. M\u00eame accusation de la part de Pape Demba Diop, pour la lib\u00e9ration d\u2019un de ses proches emprisonn\u00e9 pour recel.<\/p>\n

Lors de son audition, Pape Ndiaye a reconnu les remises de fonds de la part de la partie civile mais, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le journaliste de Walf,\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0c\u2019\u00e9tait des pr\u00eats\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un mois entre les mains de Dame justice, Pape Ndiaye vient d\u2019\u00eatre fix\u00e9. L\u2019initiateur de l\u2019\u00e9mission \u00ab\u00a0Balance\u00a0\u00bb sur Walf est condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 un (1) an dont trois (3) mois ferme<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
