Ensuite, elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que le vice-pr\u00e9sident de la transition exerce les fonctions, attributs et pr\u00e9rogatives de Pr\u00e9sident de la transition pour conduire le processus de transition \u00e0 son terme.<\/p>\n<p>Prestation\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDans leurs consid\u00e9rants, les neuf sages ont fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au serment pr\u00eat\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident et vice-pr\u00e9sident d\u2019alors, sans pourtant l\u2019exon\u00e9rer d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle prestation de serment. Ce qui suscite aujourd\u2019hui un d\u00e9bat, \u00e0 savoir si le nouvel homme fort du Mali doit ou non pr\u00eater serment ?\u201c, rapporte Maliweb.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, le lundi 7 juin Assimi Go\u00efta pr\u00eatera t-il serment, avant d\u2019\u00eatre renvoy\u00e9 \u00e0 sa fonction. Le m\u00eame jour, le pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique du M5-RFP, Dr Choguel Kokalla Ma\u00efga sera nomm\u00e9 Premier ministre, Chef du gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>Serment\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La Cour Supr\u00eame estime qu\u2019il doit pr\u00eater serment. Idem pour la Cour Constitutionnelle, dont la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au serment pour la vacance du pouvoir ne constitue qu\u2019un argumentaire de son arr\u00eat.
