Dans le cadre du projet visant \u00e0 modifier le Code P\u00e9nal et la r\u00e9vision de certaines dispositions p\u00e9nales que l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale devrait voter ce vendredi 25 juin, des manifestations de col\u00e8re ont commenc\u00e9 a \u00e9clat\u00e9. Ce vendredi matin, des S\u00e9n\u00e9galais ont brul\u00e9 des pneus entre l\u2019Unit\u00e9 22 et le rond point \u00ab\u00a0Case Bi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ce vendredi, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s vont examiner, en s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, le projet n\u00b010\/2021 modifiant la loi n\u00b065-60 du 21 juillet 1965 portant Code p\u00e9nal. Selon l\u2019expos\u00e9 des motifs, cette r\u00e9forme vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir une nouvelle politique de recouvrement des avoirs criminels. Elle porte \u00e9galement sur le financement du terrorisme, la piraterie maritime, entre autres.<\/p>\n

Mais l\u2019opposition s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise, tout comme les mouvements d\u2019activistes, ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0un projet grave et inacceptable\u00ab\u00a0. D\u2019ailleurs, ce vendredi, des mouvements comme FRAPP, de Y\u2019en \u00e0 marre, Noo Lank ou encore D\u00ebg\u00ebl Jub\u00ebl comptent manifester.<\/p>\n

Mais d\u00e8s ce vendredi matin, un groupe de S\u00e9n\u00e9galais a br\u00fbl\u00e9 des pneus, sur la route entre l\u2019Unit\u00e9 22 et le Rond point Case Bi des Parcelles Assainies, \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres du Poste de Police des Parcelles Assainies.<\/p>\n
