Les conseils de l\u2019opposant et leader de Pastef \/ Les Patriotes, Ousmane Sonko avaient lanc\u00e9 une bataille pour l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une information judiciaire dans l\u2019affaire des 94 milliards F CFA.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019affaire est relative au titre foncier n\u00b01451\/R, qui avait suscit\u00e9 un toll\u00e9, et pour laquelle Ousmane Sonko avait saisi le Doyen des juges d\u2019instruction d\u2019une plainte avec constitution de partie civile, \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019ex-directeur des Domaines, Mamour Diallo, l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires Tahirou Sarr et l\u2019ex-directeur du Cadastre, Me\u00efssa Ndiaye, accus\u00e9s de d\u00e9tournement de deniers publics.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ex-candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle de f\u00e9vrier 2019 avait interjet\u00e9 appel apr\u00e8s le niet du Doyen des juges et du procureur de la R\u00e9publique, mettant en avant l\u2019article 2 du Code de proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale, selon lequel l\u2019action assign\u00e9e en r\u00e9paration de dommage caus\u00e9 par toute infraction appartient \u00e0 tous ceux qui personnellement souffert du dommage caus\u00e9 par l\u2019infraction.
