Un groupe d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants est en plein tournage dans le cadre d&rsquo;un travail pratique lorsqu&rsquo;un policier les aborde une premi\u00e8re fois, pour leur demander un bakchich, rapporte un t\u00e9moin oculaire. \u00ab\u00a0On lui a donn\u00e9 3 000 F et il est parti. Apr\u00e8s 15 mn, il est revenu avec ses coll\u00e8gues. Il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 menacer, \u00e0 arracher le mat\u00e9riel, raconte ce t\u00e9moin. L&rsquo;assistant est alors all\u00e9 n\u00e9gocier mais, \u00e0 notre grande surprise, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9. Lorsque les \u00e9tudiants ont vu cela, ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9clamer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">La tension monte. L&rsquo;un des policiers demande alors aux \u00e9tudiants de se disperser, mais ceux-ci refusent. \u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s le refus, c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il y a un policier\u2026 Il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 tirer. Il a tir\u00e9 une balle \u00e0 bout portant. Il a tir\u00e9 encore deux balles et l&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant est tomb\u00e9 sur place. L\u00e0, la population est venue, les policiers se sont enfuis et voil\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb, raconte encore ce t\u00e9moin.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9, la police ne parle pas de tentative de corruption. Selon les forces de l&rsquo;ordre, les agents auraient en effet simplement voulu contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;autorisation de tournage, mais c&rsquo;est parce qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont pas pu produire le document que l&rsquo;assistant a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 emmen\u00e9&#8230; En col\u00e8re, les \u00e9tudiants lancent des projectiles sur les policiers. C&rsquo;est en voulant tirer une balle de sommation par terre, par imprudence, selon ce communiqu\u00e9, que l&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant est touch\u00e9 au ventre. Le policier est actuellement en fuite, apr\u00e8s avoir abandonn\u00e9 son arme et son uniforme.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Ce dimanche matin, le commissaire Sylvano Kasongo Kitenge condamne \u00ab\u00a0avec la derni\u00e8re \u00e9nergie cette bavure polici\u00e8re de trop\u00a0\u00bb. Il assure que le policier en fuite sera arr\u00eat\u00e9 pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 devant la justice. Ses coll\u00e8gues et son commandant ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer leur possible implication. L&rsquo;un des policiers est, selon lui, gri\u00e8vement bless\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate, apr\u00e8s que la population a incendi\u00e9 le sous commissariat.
