C’est le d\u00e9lai que le pr\u00e9fet de Dakar, Mor Talla Tine, a fix\u00e9 \u00e0 Bougane Gu\u00e8ye Dany pour le retrait de ses affiches comportant des messages politiques dans le d\u00e9partement de Dakar.\u00a0Selon le pr\u00e9fet, celles-ci, en plus de violer la loi n\u00b083-20 du 28 janvier 1983, \u00absont de nature \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des troubles \u00e0 l’ordre public, \u00e0 travers des actes de vandalisme\u00bb.<\/em>Dans une lettre dont notification a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite \u00e0 Bougane au cours de sa convocation, ce matin, \u00e0 la S\u00fbret\u00e9 urbaine, le pr\u00e9fet invite le leader du mouvement Guem Sa Bop \u00e0 \u00abretirer les affiches incrimin\u00e9es, dans un d\u00e9lai de 24 heures, \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception de la pr\u00e9sente. A d\u00e9faut, l’Administration se r\u00e9serve le droit de prendre toutes les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires, afin de proc\u00e9der, \u00e0 vos frais, \u00e0 leur retrait\u00bb<\/em>.
