Thierno Amadou Diallo et Landing Mbessane Seck dit \u201cKilifeu\u201d viennent d\u2019\u00eatre plac\u00e9s sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t par le juge du deuxi\u00e8me cabinet. Le magistrat entend en ce moment Landing Mbessane Seck dit \u201cKilifeu\u201d. Simon Kouka est attendu dans le bureau du juge.<\/p>\n

Kilifeu et Cie sont \u00e0 un pas de la prison, en attendant leur jugement devant un tribunal. Il faut dire que le ma\u00eetre des poursuites a demand\u00e9 au juge d\u2019instruction du deuxi\u00e8me cabinet \u00e0 qui il a confi\u00e9 le dossier de poursuivre les deux rappeurs, leur ami et X pour association de malfaiteurs.<\/p>\n

Il reproche \u00e0 Kilifeu, en sus de l\u2019infraction de corruption, la tentative de faux dans un document administratif et la tentative de trafic de migrants. X est poursuivi pour les m\u00eames faits. Pour le trafic de migrants, la condamnation pr\u00e9vue est dans la fourchette de 5 \u00e0 10 ans de prison et d\u2019une amende qui tourne entre un million et 5 millions de francs.<\/p>\n

Dans son r\u00e9quisitoire introductif, le parquetier a \u00e9galement requis contre Simon les d\u00e9lits de tentative de trafic de migrants et complicit\u00e9 d\u2019usage de faux.
