De nombreux jeunes \u00e9tudiants font quotidiennement le tour des entreprises \u00e0 la recherche d’un stage. Parmi eux, trop souvent, seuls ceux qui sont bien r\u00e9seaut\u00e9s obtiennent des r\u00e9ponses favorables. En plus des difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l’obtention d’un stage, ceux qui reussissent \u00e0 en decrocher un sont exploit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les jeunes stagiaires sont victimes de pressions de la part de leurs chefs. Agressions verbales, abus et harc\u00e8lement sexuels,lourdeur des t\u00e2ches\u2026Malgr\u00e9 l’excentricit\u00e9 de leurs habitations, ils sont les premiers au bureau et les derniers \u00e0 quitter. Parall\u00e8lement ils doivent faire face aux probl\u00e8mes de transport et aux bouchons des heures tardives de d\u00e9centes. Pour combler le tout, les stagiaires sont souvent sans r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations. Ceci est une violence du d\u00e9cret n\u00b02015-777 du 2 juin 2015. Ce d\u00e9cret fixe les r\u00e8gles applicables au contrat de stage qui dit que l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 mensuelle d\u2019un stagiaire ou d\u2019un apprenti ne peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure au salaire minimum de la cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019emploi de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Rare aussi, sont ceux qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une quelconque prise en charge m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon nos concitoyens le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02015-777 du 2 juin 2015 est jet\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019oubli. Ce texte l\u00e9gif\u00e9rant les contrats de stage a pour but de prot\u00e9ger les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s des abus cit\u00e9s ici et de garantir leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
