Le candidat de la coalition Yewwi Askan Wi \u00e0 la mairie de Ziguinchor, Ousmane Sonko a rejet\u00e9 toute id\u00e9e de signer la charte de non-violence du Cadre Unitaire de l\u2019Islam au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (CUDIS), en perspective des \u00e9lections locales de janvier 2022. Une d\u00e9cision qui pousse Alioune Tine, fondateur d\u2019Afrikajom Center \u00e0 inviter le leader de Pastef et Cie \u00e0 une d\u00e9marche proactive contre la violence.<\/p>\n

\u201cAttention: si on arrive au pouvoir par la violence, on a tendance \u00e0 s\u2019y maintenir par la violence. La violence est inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 la vie sociale, mais il faut la r\u00e9guler pour vivre-ensemble en d\u00e9mocratie\u201d, a twett\u00e9 Alioune Tine. D\u2019apr\u00e8s lui, ce que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile propose, c\u2019est un m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9gulation de la violence.<\/p>\n

Mais je veux leur dire clairement que je ne signerai aucune charte de non-violence. Si chacun de nous fait ce qu\u2019il \u00e0 faire, il n\u2019y aura pas de probl\u00e8me.
