Affaire Sonko/Mamour Diallo: Le Leader De Pastef Débouté Par La Chambre D’Accusation

La Chambre d’accusation de la Cour d’appel de Dakar vient de confirmer l’ordonnance de refus d’informer dans l’affaire dite des 94 milliards de F CFA, informe Libération online. Les conseils de l’opposant et leader de Pastef / Les Patriotes, Ousmane Sonko avaient lancé une bataille pour l’ouverture d’une information judiciaire dans l’affaire des 94 milliards F CFA.

L’affaire est relative au titre foncier n°1451/R, qui avait suscité un tollé, et pour laquelle Ousmane Sonko avait saisi le Doyen des juges d’instruction d’une plainte avec constitution de partie civile, à l’encontre de l’ex-directeur des Domaines, Mamour Diallo, l’homme d’affaires Tahirou Sarr et l’ex-directeur du Cadastre, Meïssa Ndiaye, accusés de détournement de deniers publics.

L’ex-candidat à la présidentielle de février 2019 avait interjeté appel après le niet du Doyen des juges et du procureur de la République, mettant en avant l’article 2 du Code de procédure pénale, selon lequel l’action assignée en réparation de dommage causé par toute infraction appartient à tous ceux qui personnellement souffert du dommage causé par l’infraction. Or, embrayait le juge, Sonko n’avait ni directement ni indirectement subi de préjudice
