Le procès en appel de Saër Kébé, l’étudiant poursuivi pour “apologie du terrorisme”, a eu lieu ce lundi devant la barre de la chambre criminelle. Le juge a confirmé la décision de première instance.
Arrêté en 2014 pour apologie au terrorisme, acte de terrorisme et menace de terrorisme, Saer Kébé, a été, après 4 ans de détention préventive, condamné à 3 mois avec sursis pour menace de terrorisme. Ce, après qu’il a été acquitté des faits d’actes de terrorisme et d’apologie de terrorisme. Une sentence contestée par le parquet qui a interjeté appel. Mais ce lundi 26 avril, le juge a confirmé la décision de première instance.
Pour rappel, l’un des avocats du jeune Mbourois, Me Moussa Sarr, avait regretté que le parquet fasse appel dans cette affaire puisque le jeune Kébé, ayant obtenu la mention “Assez bien” au Bac après sa sortie de prison, s’est bien resocialisé. Et il était en train de rattraper le temps perdu derrière les barreaux
