Élections Locales 2022: Ndiaye Djigo Réclame Plus De Jeunes Dans Les investitures

Les jeunes contribuent à faire évoluer les normes dépassées de la société … Ils peuvent remettre en question les stéréotypes négatifs au sein de leur société et les remplacer par les notions d’égalité et d’inclusion. C’est en ce sens que Ndiaye Djigo responsable politique commune de Fanaye par ailleurs coordinateur de la cojer départementale de Podor appelle les jeunes à aller à l’assaut des élections locales du 23 janvier 2022.

« Que cette jeunesse vibrante, compétente et pleine d’énergie prenne toute ses responsabilités.
Des jeunes engagés pour hisser au toit de l’émergence leur localité! Il est temps de changer de paradigme et d’opérer des changements profonds sur notre manière de gérer nos différentes communes.

Nous ne sommes pas d’avis de ceux qui pensent qu’il faut écarter ou envoyer définitivement à la retraite les vieux qui sont sur le terrain politique. Nous considèrons plutôt qu’ils doivent servir de socle pour conseiller, guider et épauler la nouvelle génération! LA MAIRIE AUX JEUNES ne doit pas juste être un slogan, ça doit être une réalité. Ce rêve n’est pas extraordinaire ni utopique. Il est réalisable si nous croyons à nos capacités de management et de leadership.

Je ne prône pas une révolution mais une évolution positive de notre manière de diriger!
Jeunesse de mon pays en général, celle de Podor en particulier, prenons une attitude responsable pour conquérir les différentes collectivités locales. Habitants de ma localité, ayez confiance à vos jeunes. Je jure par l’honneur qu’ils ne leur manquent qu’un petit coup de pousse pour changer radicalement le visage de nos différentes communes ! Il faut rappeler que le plus grand risque qu’il ne faut jamais prendre c’est de ne pas oser prendre l’initiative. Aujourd’hui plus qu’hier, nous sommes assez déterminés pour arracher ce qui nous revient de droit. Ce legs si glorieux et honorifique que nous ont légué Thierno Sileymani Ball et Almamy Abdoul khadre Kane ne doit pas être rangé dans les tiroirs de l’oubliette. Rappellez-vous bien que la reine Penda Sarr Ngawlé, Ndieumbëtt Mbodj, Aline Sitéo Diatta, Lat Dior, tous, n’avaient pas 40 ans quand ils géraient avec brio leurs différents royaumes.

Janvier 2022 est une belle opportunité pour écrire en LETTRES D’OR une autre page de notre histoire!
Par ailleurs, il faut comprendre que la jeunesse a bien saisi le message que Son Excellence le Président Macky SALL lui avait lancé en 2012. En effet, il nous avait suggéré de chercher plus d’expérience et de compétences pour aller à l’assaut des postes de responsabilité. Ce messagdu Chef de l’Etat a fait de nous, ce que nous sommes devenus aujourd’hui. L’expérience et les compétences acquises, il est légitime de se présenter pour diriger avec modestie et beaucoup de fierté nos différentes communes. Excellence, c’est le moment de nous responsabiliser. Notre parti, l’APR, a besoin du sang neuf pour continuer à briller et à dominer l’arène politique de notre belle Nation.

Dans le département de Podor, les jeunes ont toujours été laissés en rade. Aucun jeune, toute générations confondues, n’a pu bénéficier de la confiance pour occuper certains postes de responsabilité, aucun jeune maire, aucun jeune député, aucun jeune conseiller ni au HCCT ni au CESE. Aucune promotion.
Le temps est venu pour la jeunesse de mon pays de se lever et de se mobiliser pour jouer les premiers rôles notamment au niveau des postes électifs. Le temps de l’action à la tête de nos différentes collectivités locales, nous sommes sûrs de porter le développement à la base et de répondre positivement, en collaboration avec l’Etat centrel, aux attentes légitimes des populations dans tous les secteurs d’activités. Avec confiance et détermination, nous allons le faire. A nous de jouer et aux aînés de nous accompagner dans cette noble mission. »
