Dialogue National : Ces Trois Points Qui Bloquent Tout

Comme déjà annoncé dans la prese, la commission politique du dialogue national a remis au chef de l’Etat, Macky Sall, les conclusions de ses pourparlers.

Dans ce rapport, au moins trois points, et non des moindres, n’ont pas encore fait l’objet de consensus entre les indifférents pôles représentés au dialogue. Il s’agit de la vacance et suppléance au poste de maire et président de Conseil départemental, du cumul du statut de chef d’Etat et celui de chef de parti et des autorités en charge de la gestion des élections. Il faut, toutefois, signaler que ces points feront l’objet de nouvelles discussions, d’après les « dialoguistes » qui rassurent que sur ces questions « les parties prenantes n’excluent nullement qu’un consensus puisse être trouvé, des échanges ultérieurs pouvant y aider ».
