Confortablement réélu maire de Walaldé le 23 janvier dernier, Moussa Sow a été installé ce jeudi, 10 Février 2022. C’était sous la présidence du sous-préfet de l’arrondissement de Cas-Cas monsieur Oumar Sy , en présence des conseillers municipaux. Vainqueur lors des élections territoriales, le maire réélu de la coalition Benno Bokk Yaakaar a été installé dans son fauteuil pour les cinq prochaines années.
« Aujourd’hui, c’est un jour historique marquant l’installation du nouveau conseil municipal. Nous avons pris des engagements depuis le début, c’est de faire de Walaldé notre priorité. Nous allons nous efforcer pour ce mandat », précise le premier magistrat de la ville de Walaldé Moussa Sow »
En s’adressant aux habitants de la commune, le maire, Moussa Sow les appelle pour ensemble construire une commune moderne.
Dans son allocution, Moussa Sow s’est réjoui de la confiance renouvelée et a promis d’être « le maire de tous les Waladois » sans distinction de parti politique. Il a par ailleurs invité tout le monde à travailler davantage pour le bien-être de toutes les filles et tous les fils de Walaldé.
