Barthélemy Diaz Traine Moussa Diop Devant Le Doyen Des Juges

Nouvel épisode dans le différend qui oppose Barthélemy Dias au Directeur général de Dakar Dem Dikk, Me Moussa Diop.Le maire de Mermoz/Sacré-Cœur a déposé une plainte, avec constitution de partie civile, devant le Doyen des juges.Selon Libération, Barthélemy poursuit Diop pour une «prétendue remise de la somme d’un milliard de Fcfa  en présence du notaire» dans l’affaire du terrain abritant le siège de l’Apr qu’il aurait cédé au parti présidentiel.L’édile de Mermoz soupçonne une série de délits dont le paiement du prix de cession hors la vue et la comptabilité du notaire requis pour attester de la réalité d’une cession imaginaire.
