Le Trio Guy Marius Sagna, Assane Diouf Et Clédor Sène Déféré

Alors que tous les regards étaient tournés vers l’Assemblée nationale, Guy Marius Sagna, Assane Diouf et Clédor Sène ont été encore présentés au procureur ce vendredi. Et leur sort est désormais entre les mains du doyen des juges.

Libération online relaie que le ministère public a demandé l’ouverture d’une information judiciaire pour « association de malfaiteurs, participation à un mouvement insurrectionnel et actes de nature à troubler l’ordre public ». Ce, avant de requérir le mandat de dépôt contre tout le monde. La balle est désormais dans le camp du magistrat instructeur qui doit les entendre en présence de leur conseil Me Khoureichi Ba.

Pour rappel, lors des auditions à la Dic, Clédor Sène avait affirmé qu’il voulait, à travers un audio incriminé « tester la loyauté » d’un ses contacts, Pape Moussa Sow, qui a fait un live pour assurer qu’il n’était pas à l’origine de la fuite. Interpellé sur son contenu, il avait fait état d’une « guerre psychologique » estimant que la création des comités, évoquée dans l’enregistrement, n’est pas à l’ordre du jour. Clédor Sène avait juste reconnu s’être trompé de date, dans l’audio, en faisant référence à la marche que devait organiser Frapp.

Guy Marius Sagna, en ce qui le concerne, n’avait pas souhaité répondre aux questions des policiers. Il avait précisé qu’il ne savait pas pourquoi il est arrêté et ajoutait que les enregistrements visés ne le concernent pas.
