Les députés El Hadj Mamadou Sall et Boubacar Biaye vont retourner en prison. Et pour cause, leur procès, initialement prévu ce jeudi au Tribunal correctionnel de Dakar, a finalement été renvoyé au 21 avril pour citation des parties civiles. Et leurs demandes de liberté provisoire introduites par leurs avocats respectifs ont été toutes rejetées par le juge pour « risques de trouble à l’ordre public et subordination de témoins ».Ces députés ont été inculpés et placés sous mandat de dépôt après levée de leur immunité parlementaire à la suite d’une enquête de la Division des investigations criminelles (Dic). Ceci, pour une affaire de trafic présumé de passeports diplomatiques impliquant également des agents de la présidence de la République et du ministre des Affaires étrangères ainsi que des opérateurs économiques
