Des Pluies Diluviennes S’Abattent Sur La Mauritanie

À Del Bagrou dans l’est mauritanien, près de la frontière avec le Mali, plusieurs quartiers de la ville sont désormais totalement isolés. D’autres villes dans le sud, comme Selibaby, sont aussi inondées. Les eaux ont notamment affecté les populations les plus vulnérables qui habitent généralement dans des abris précaires.

La ville de Selibaby se trouve dans une cuvette, et les pluies diluviennes qui s’abattent depuis une semaine ont occasionné l’arrêt des cours dans certaines écoles, comme l’école de Selibaby 2 dans le sud-est du pays.

Les élèves ont été transférés provisoirement dans un autre établissement scolaire. À Selibaby toujours, les cours viennent de reprendre aux écoles 5 et 7 après plusieurs jours d’arrêt du fait des inondations.

Les autorités locales n’enregistrent aucun décès, mais elles rencontrent de sérieuses difficultés à trouver la logistique appropriée pour évacuer les eaux qui inondent encore l’un des 11 établissements scolaires de la ville.

À Adel Bagrou, près de la frontière malienne, des quartiers entiers sont submergés par les eaux, rendant impossible tout déplacements des populations. À Rosso dans le sud, les autorités ont évacué des dizaines de familles après l’inondation de leurs habitations.

    of your site? Its very well written; I love
    what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the
    way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for
    only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it
