Les élections locales du 23 sont terminées. Les candidats et les électeurs sont unanimes à reconnaître la qualité du système électoral du Sénégal, de son fichier et du processus électoral. Ils sont aussi d’accord que le Sénégal est une démocratie où l’élection est libre et transparente et reflète la volonté des populations. Il y’a aussi le fait que dans la plupart des localités qui sont en lice, un sentiment de fair-play, a prévalu, poussant les vaincus à s’empresser de féliciter les vainqueurs. Cet esprit de jeux démocratique, COH et sa bande n’en connaissent pas. Eux qui avaient fait de la division leur arme d’existence politique et qui se trouvent aujourd’hui esseulés, car ayant perdu leurs soutiens dans cette entreprise malveillante.
Accusé le ministre des finances et du budget Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo de soutenir des listes parallèles relève de la médiocrité et de la méchanceté. Comment peut-on être si injuste envers quelqu’un qui a battu campagne aux côtés des investis de Benno et qui a fait triompher le camp de la majorité, non seulement dans son fief à Boké Dialloubé, mais aussi à Podor, Mbolo Birane, Ndiayene-pendao,Niandane, Medina Ndiathbé, bref partout où il y’avait des listes parallèles. La diffamation et les propos haineux, que COH et Cie s’expriment à l’encontre du coordinateur départemental ADD, ne doivent pas restés impunis.
Nous ne devons pas et ne pouvons pas rester aphone face à cette manipulation dangereuse, qui a tendance à s’accentuer et à perdurer dans notre département. Si nous restons les bras ballants les conséquences seront désastreuses. Car le maire de Ndioum ne s’arrêtera pas tant qu’il met en péril cet unité que le ministre Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo a réussi à créer entre les leaders politiques du département. Cette entreprise de destruction, mise en œuvre et entretenue par COA, doit être combattue avec la dernière énergie. Cela doit constituer la mère de toutes nos batailles, car sans la paix dans le département rien n’est envisageable de mieux pour les législatifs prochaines.
Par conséquent, nous en appelons au sursaut patriotique de chacune et de chacun. Nous en appelons à la retenue, à la défense des idées par des armes intellectuelles et morales. Nous devons exclure toute sorte de violence, en commençant par celle qui est verbale, car le feu de la violence se propage d’abord par les mots. L’inquiétude est d’autant plus grande quand on constate que COH ne surfe que sur la division et ceci après chaque élection, c’était le cas au dernier législative et même après la présidentielle passés il a voulu replonger le département mais les jeunes ne l’ont pas suivi dans sa démarche.
COH Cette fois-ci est tombé très bas, en voulant trop justifier la défaite de ses poulains. N’est-ce pas lui, qui disait, qu’il est le seul maître du département et qu’à l’heure actuelle personne ne peut le battre. Aujourd’hui si certains maires qu’il clame être ses proches ont perdu ces élections c’est juste parce qu’ils sont minoritaires dans leurs communes respectifs. Monsieur de « ça étouffe » et ses délinquants politiques dans un article qu’ils ont publié dans un site de la place parlent de la mainmise de ADD sur certaines listes parallèles dans d’autre villes, c’est juste pour chercher des béquilles pour amplifier son combat. ADD n’a jamais travaillé contre la volonté de son excellence le président de la république Macky Sall.
Le ministre des finances ADD n’a jamais eu d’ambition politique, sa seule ambition c’est de servir le chef de l’État et son pays le Sénégal. Cependant relevons quelques irrégularités de leur dissertation :
✓ Comment peut-on dire qu’ADD a combattu la liste de Madina Ndiathbe alors que 48 heures avant le scrutin le coordinateur ADD s’est rendu à cas pour prêter une main forte au maire sortant et candidat de BBY en demandant aux populations de cette localité de voter pour lui la majorité et en lui donnant un appui financier conséquent.
✓ Comment peut-on dire que c’est ADD qui a fait sauter Amadou Ba du gouvernement, cette accusation touche directement le président car dans la constitution du Sénégal seul le Président nomme et dégomme aux fonctions militaires et civiles.
✓ Comment peut-on penser qu’ADD s’est opposé à la réélection de COH à Ndioum, alors Amadou Kane Diallo et Nawel Thiam tous deux proches du maire de Boké ont battu campagne pour la triomphe de sa liste Benno Bokk Yakaar.
✓ Comment peut-on penser qu’ADD a un pouvoir magique pour décider de qui va gagner à Dakar, en Casamance, a Kafrine etc.
Voilà autant d’arguments qui montrent que COH a déserté définitivement le champ du raisonnable et qu’il lui manque une boussole républicaine pour éclairer sa démarche, autrement dit le carburant qui fait tourner le moteur de la haine se déverse dans son esprit. Il n’est animé que de mauvaise foi et cherche toujours à diviser le département à des fins que, lui seul sait.
Heureusement qu’ADD et Mamoudou Dia respectivement coordinateur départemental de Benno Bokk Yakaar et président du conseil départemental et certains leaders comme eux ont travaillé d’arrache-pied pour faire de Podor le premier grenier de BBY avec près de 90.000 d’apports de voix.
