Élections Locales À Ndioum: Le Camp De Dr Alassane Ndiaye Fustige La Victoire De Cheikh Oumar Anne

Les partisans de Dr Alassane Ndiaye candidat de la coalition Bunt Bi, à la mairie de Ndioum mettent à nu la victoire du maire Cheikh Oumar Anne, par ailleurs candidat de la coalition Benno Bokk Yakaar. À travers un communiqué les alliés du candidat Bunt Bi, regroupés autour de l’idéal pour ndioum fustigent avec la dernière énergie la victoire du ministre de l’enseignement supérieur. Voici le communiqué.

« Le 23 Janvier à Ndioum, nous avons assisté à une élection municipale faussée par le candidat Cheikh Oumar Hann qui s’est adonné à des pratiques dégueulasses qui n’honorent nullement la démocratie et les acteurs politiques mus par l’intérêt de servir leur communauté.
Sachant que le rapport des forces politiques en présence lui était fort défavorable, il s’est adonné à des magouilles et stratagèmes peu scrupuleux et piétinant l’éthique et la probité pour parvenir à une victoire qui n’en est pas une au bout du compte.

Ainsi, plus de mille cinq cents électeurs ayant bénéficié de faux certificats de résidence signés, remplis dans des cartons et envoyés ont été transférés de Dakar et Thiès pour venir voter à Ndioum et biaiser le scrutin.
Aussi, les achats de conscience et le débauchage d’électeurs tous azimuts ont été vus et sus de tous avec plus d’un milliard de francs dépensés dans l’unique but de renverser une tendance qui lui assurait une défaite.
Le jour du vote, des sacs bourrés d’argent étaient disposés devant tous les centres de vote pour échanger tout bulletin de la Coalition Bunt Bi contre un billet de dix mille francs au profit de tout électeur qui le faisait. Jamais dans l’histoire politique de notre ville, nous n’avons vu autant d’argent dilapidé pour parvenir à un résultat du fait d’un bilan inexistant à présenter aux électeurs.

Le vendredi 21 Janvier chez Mamadou Saïdou Banda, nous avons été victimes d’une violence inouïe orchestrée par une milice de nervis ayant même usé d’armes à feu pour tirer avec des balles blanches sur nos militants et sympathisants malgré l’interdiction faite par les lois en vigueur pour suspendre tout usage d’armes en cette période. Ceci a été à l’origine de plusieurs véhicules nous appartenant ont été saccagés, vandalisés et des personnes blessées parmi nous.

Au vu de tout ce qui précède, nous récusons toute légitimité à Cheikh Oumar Hann pour présider aux destinées de Ndioum et demandons aux autorités de mener une enquête pour tirer au clair cette situation ubuesque qui atteste de dérives liées à du faux et usage de faux, à de la corruption et à de l’enrichissement illicite.

Après avoir pris connaissance des résultats de la Coalition du Président Sall dans les grandes villes, nous ne pouvons manquer de faire la corrélation avec le transfert de ses électeurs potentiels qu’on a fait migrer dans des contrées comme Ndioum d’où cette percée inattendue de l’opposition.
Après avoir remercié et encouragé tous ceux qui n’ont ménagé aucun effort pour le succès de notre liste, nous réaffirmons notre engagement et notre détermination à œuvrer comme nous l’avons toujours fait au service de Ndioum et des Ndioumois.
Par tous les moyens légaux et politiques en notre possession, nous restons debout et engagés pour lutter contre les fossoyeurs de la démocratie et de la transparence et grands artisans de l’immobilisme et du retard de notre chère commune.
