Transports En Commun : Les Places Debouts Sont Désormais Autorisées

La plupart des mesures de restriction sur les transports en commun sont levées. Désormais, les conducteurs peuvent prendre autant que de passagers que de places disponibles. Toutefois, tout passager devra obligatoire porter le masque dans les véhicules de transport public.

L’arrêté n°020475, pris dans ce sens par le ministre des Infrastructures, des Transports terrestre et du Désenclavement, mentionne en son article 4 que « l’embarquement de passagers dans les bus, minibus, autocars, et taxis effectuant le transport public ou privé des voyageurs se fait dans le respect du nombre de place autorisées pour chaque catégorie de véhicule. En toute circonstance, il est interdit d’admettre à bord d’un véhicule de transport de voyageurs un nombre de passagers, qui empêchent la fluidité de l’ouverture et de a fermeture des portes dudit véhicule ».

Pour rappel, c’est dans le cadre de la lutte contre la propagation de la Covid-19, que les mesures d’interdiction de remplir les véhicules de transport en commun avaient été prises par les autorités, le 25 mars 2020. Depuis lors, seules les places assises étaient chargées par les conducteurs. Avec cette nouvelle disposition, les transports pourront remplir, sans déborder, leurs véhicules. « Tout manquement aux présentes dispositions sera puni par les peines prévues par les lois et règlements en vigueur », informe l’arrêté du ministre.
