L’entrepreneur Cheikh Guèye et son marabout Hady Sy vont passer aujourd’hui leur première nuit en prison. Conduits, ce lundi, devant le procureur de la République, Saliou Dicko, les mis en cause ont été placés sous mandat de dépôt pour association de malfaiteurs et corruption. Ils seront jugés ce 24 avril 2026 devant le tribunal des flagrants délits.
Pour rappel, les prévenus sont arrêtés dans une affaire de corruption impliquant l’ancien ministre de la Justice, Ismaïla Madior Fall, l’entrepreneur Cheikh Guèye a tenté de corrompre, à hauteur de 10 millions de FCFA, le juge du 2e cabinet en charge du dossier. Cheikh Guèye avait sollicité les services de son marabout, qui l’a mis en rapport avec le magistrat.
