CRISES MALIENNES : Macky Et Cie Rentrent Bredouilles ?

Finalement leur voyage n’aura pas servi à faire taire les tensions au Mali. Le M5 est plus que déterminé à poursuivre sa cause. M Sall et cie se sont apparemment heurté sur la détermination d’un Imam, maître penseur et leader des fortes masses populaires, qui n’a que l’unique réclamation ‹‹ la démission et uniquement la démission de IBK ››.
Que valent les principes de ‹‹démocratie›› face aux volontés populaires. Et pourquoi le peuple malien veut outrepasser les circuits institutionnels et faire appliquer sa propre volonté ? La réponse est simple, le seul fait qu’ils aient brûlé les bâtiments de l’assemblée nationale en dit beaucoup. Lorsque les députés, représentants légaux du peuple se tuent plus pour leur appartenance politique que pour les intérêts des populations. Pas étonnant de voir ces derniers reprendre leur pouvoir, autrefois délégué à ces institutions, et faire traduire leurs volontés. Le pouvoir du peuple face au peuple du pouvoir….
La CEDEAO annonce cependant un sommet extraordinaire ce 27 Juillet pour se prononcer exclusivement sur le problème malien. Et des négociations se poursuivront pour une sortie de crises.
