En dehors de ces deux-là, il y’a d’autres personnes qui gravitent en permanence autour des ministres. Ce sont leurs hommes de confiance. Parmi ceux que le ministre des finances et du budget admire, il y’a l’honorable député Mme Yetta Sow un vrai médiateur de l’Ombre.
Elle ne ressemble en rien aux tonneaux vides. Ceux-là font beaucoup de bruit et n’existent qu’à travers les médias.
2ème vice-présidente de l’assemblée nationale, elle travaille jour et nuit pour le compte d’ADD. Yetta Sow est très aimable et surtout très mesurée. A mon humble avis, sa mission est de booster le code de popularité de celui-ci mais aussi de vulgariser ses projets et réalisations et le défendre contre toute attaque venant de ses adversaires.
C’est dans cette logique que la parlementaire aide et soutient le ministre avec tact et dans la plus grande discrétion. Elle règle bien des cas, notamment sociaux. Yetta vient souvent en aide des gens qu’elle ne connait ni d’ Adam ni d’Eve. Cette dame sait rester muette, c’est à dire garder des secrets. Yetta s’évertue à créer le meilleur environnement possible pour le maire de Bocké Dialloubé. Et je vous dis, c’est une machine intellectuelle très sollicitée. C’est une femme secrète, calme posée aux méthodes « commandos » assumées. Mme Yetta n’hésite pas à mettre la main à la poche pour soutenir les activités de son allié et frère ADD, à qui elle voue un respect et une considération incommensurable.
Décrit influente, discrète avec un sens très élevé du devoir patriotique, Madame le député Yetta Sow, par ailleurs maire de la commune de Ndiayenne Pendao jouit de toute la confiance du ministre Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo.
Elle est l’une des fidèles partisanes et collaboratrices de l’argentier de l’État pour ne pas dire l’un de ses factotums.
Pour rappel Mme Yetta Sow est la seule femme maire du département de Podor. Si pour elle c’est une confirmation de son leadership au sein de sa commune, ailleurs, sa victoire a d’autres significations. Yetta Sow fait la fierté de toutes les femmes du département et surtout de celles qui militent pour la parité dans les instances de décision. Elle conforte aussi son poste de présidente de la Coordination départementale des femmes de l’Apr-Podor, composée de députées comme elle, de membres du Hcct, du Cese, ainsi que de plusieurs adjointes aux maires et de simples militantes.
