Les Masques un Droit au Luxembourg, un Luxe au Sénégal

Tout comme le Sénégal, le Luxembourg a rendu obligatoire le port de masque en public. La différence qui se pose est le coût d’acquisition de ces objets.

Au Sénégal le citoyen doit mettre les moyens pour se procurer un masque qui coute entre 500 FCFA et 1000FCFA.

Pendant ce temps au Luxembourg, l’Etat livre gratuitement ces objets utiles dans la lutte contre le Covid19. Les luxembourgeois ont recu près de 4 millions de masques. L’Etat leur promet 5 masques par citoyen.

En contraste, au Sénégal, les citoyens se demandent le pourquoi de la non-gratuité des masques. L’Etat nous l’impose, il n’a qu’a le distribue gratuitement. Ne serait-ce qu’aux populations démunies. Comment se fait-il qu’en temps de campagne électorale, l’on trouve les ressources pour distribuer gratuitement des t-shirts, casquettes, Lacostes, wax et même de l’argent, alors qu’en pleine crise on nous demande d’acheter nous-même nos masques ? Le masque est il moins important que ces habits, affiches publicitaires ambulantes utilisées par nos dirigeant pour accéder au pouvoir ?  Tant de point d’interrogations qui taraudent les Sénégalais.
