Les PCA, Une Rampe De Recasement Politique

Le chef de l’État a fait du poste de Président de conseil d’administration (Pca) une rampe de recasement politique.
Moussa Sy a été nommé président du Conseil d’administration du Port autonome de Dakar (Pad). Le maire des Parcelles Assainies n’est pas le seul allié récompensé.
Abdoulaye Baldé aussi. Ce, à travers la N°2 de son parti, Nicole Gakou. Ingénieure, elle est nommée président du Conseil d’Orientation de l’Agence nationale de la Statistique et de la Démographie (Ansd).
L’ancien ministre de la Santé Abdou Fall a été bombardé président du Conseil d’administration de la société Apix SA.
Mary Teuw Niane, éjecté du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, est le nouveau PCA de Petrosen Holding.
L’Observateur, qui a mené une enquête, renseigne que les PCA sont grassement bien pays alors que leur impact dans la gestion des sociétés publiques est remis en cause.
Ils sont rémunérés à coup de millions par mois, avec véhicules et maison de fonction. Le plus petit salaire d’un Pca au Sénégal ne fait pas moins de 1,5 million Fcfa.
Dans certaines grandes sociétés, le salaire mensuel tourne autour d’une dizaine de millions pour le Pca.
Exemple, le Pca du Port de Dakar touche 7 millions Fcfa, celui de la Lonase, Ciré Dia, gagne 3 millions Fcfa.
À l’Artp, le président du Collège des délégués, Abou Abel Thiam, perçoit un salaire mensuel d’une dizaine de millions.
