« La loi doit interdire qu’on puisse donner à quelqu’un des titres fonciers sur 400 hectares sans qu’il ait une transformation quelconque ». S’agissant de la région de Thiès, il accuse les maires des communes d’arrondissement de Thiès Nord, Thiès Ouest et la mairie de ville d’être les responsables du litige foncier qui y prévaut. « Je n’ai jamais profité d’une seule parcelle de terre. Depuis 2007, je n’ai aucune parcelle de terre nulle part au Sénégal », précise-t-il pour dire qu’il n’a jamais profité de l’Etat.
