Hausse des tarifs : Orange oppose un niet à l’Artp.

Orange n’entend pas revoir sa note en ce qui concerne la hausse de ses tarifs présentée comme de nouvelles offres. Invité par le régulateur, l’Artp, à surseoir à l’application des nouveaux tarifs, l’opérateur dominant a refusé de se plier. Comme le souligne son communiqué daté du 7 août, la compagnie téléphonique française a fait comprendre à l’Artp que c’est elle-même qui a validé les prix.

« Sonatel Orange rappelle que toutes ses initiatives commerciales, notamment le lancement de nouvelles offres ou leurs évolutions, sont concertées avec l’Artp dans le respect des textes en vigueur », souligne le texte.

Orange affirme avoir mené des concertations avec les associations de consommateurs, les députés, la société civile et les acteurs de l’écosystème du numérique. Ainsi, à la place d’une baisse, l’opérateur annonce la poursuite des échanges avec l’Artp et les autres acteurs, tout en continuant à revendiquer le caractère avantageux de ces nouveaux tarifs pour 91% des clients concernés, notamment ceux ayant une petite bourse.
