Côte D’Ivoire : Alassane Ouattara Réélu Pour un 3e mandat

Le président ivoirien Alassane Ouattara, 78 ans, a été réélu pour un troisième mandat controversé sur le score fleuve de 94,27% des voix au premier tour, l’opposition ayant boycotté le scrutin, selon les résultats proclamés par la Commission électorale indépendante (CEI) mardi 3 novembre à l’aube.

«Est donc élu président de la République M. Alassane Ouattara», pour un nouveau mandat de cinq ans, a déclaré le président de la CEI, Ibrahime Coulibaly-Kuibiert, après avoir lu les scores. Le taux de participation est de 53,90%. Alassane Ouattara a recueilli 3.031.483 voix sur un total de 3.215.909 suffrages exprimés à ce scrutin marqué par des violences. 17.601 bureaux des quelques 22.381 bureaux ont pu ouvrir, le nombre d’inscrits pouvant voter est donc passé de 7.495.082 à 6.066.441 inscrits. Des militants de l’opposition ont saccagé ou empêché l’ouverture de bureaux.

Selon les scores annoncés par la CEI, le candidat indépendant Kouadio Konan Bertin arrive en deuxième position avec 1,99% des voix (64.011 votes). Les deux autres candidats avaient appelé au boycott mais ont tout de même reçu des suffrages. L’ancien président Henri Konan Bédié termine 3e avec 1,66% (53.330 voix) et l’ex-Premier ministre Pascal Affi N’Guessan quatrième avec 0,99% (31.986 voix). La CEI a trois jours pour transmettre ces résultats au Conseil constitutionnel, qui a sept jours pour les valider.

  40. I’m not sure exactly why but this website is loading extremely slow for
