Le Syndicat des travailleurs de l’autoroute à péage est très remonté contre le directeur général Mr Xavier Idier. En conférence de presse ce mercredi, les syndicalistes ont accusé le patron de la boîte de faire dans le dilatatoire et de licencier abusivement les employés. Ainsi, face aux journalistes, les employés ont listé une litanie de doléances pour réclamer de meilleures conditions de travail.
« Nous réclamons le respect des engagements de la direction générale avec la mise en place du nivellement des salaires et d’une grille salariale dans les plus brefs délais, l’octroi d’une prime de risque à tout le personnel, la cessation de la politique d’intimidation caractérisée par la distribution des demandes d’explication à tout va et des licenciements abusifs et arbitraires », a déclaré Mamadou Diene, Secrétaire du collège des délégués du personnel.
Poursuivant, il ajoute : « Nous demandons la réintégration sans condition notre collègue Raphaël Henry Nzale. En plus, l’annulation de la procédure de licenciement de notre collègue Bineta Sarr ».
« Notre collègue Bineta Sarr a été licenciée en état de grossesse par le directeur général », révèle Mamadou Diene, secrétaire général du collège des délégués du personnel.
Dans ses exigences, le collectif du collège des délégués du personnel demande l’ouverture du capital social aux salariés de deux entités. « La mise en place d’une politique sociale digne de ce nom pour le personnel en vertu de la responsabilité sociétale d’entreprise (Rse) », a soutient Mamadou Diène.
Toutefois, ledit collectif informe qu’un préavis de grève sera déposé dans les prochains jours en menaçant de paralyser le système si leurs revendications ne sont pas satisfaites
