Les danseurs de Wally Seck fixés sur leur sort Amady Badiane et Mouhamed Samb alias Ameth Thiou ont été condamnés à un an dont un mois ferme. Le verdict est tombé, ce mardi, 6 juillet, devant le Tribunal des flagrants délits.
Pour rappel, le parquet avait requis un an dont six mois ferme. Ils ont été reconnus coupables d’actes impudiques et d’outrage public aux bonnes mœurs.
Le Procureur s’était autosaisi, en juin dernier, après un concert de Wally Ballago Seck, à l’esplanade du Grand-Théâtre, leur reprochant leur bisou en public.
Le chanteur Wally Seck a lui aussi été longuement entendu par les enquêteurs dans cette affaire avant d’être relaxé.
