Drogue Au Sénégal : Une Saisie Record En Haute Mer

Au moment où le monde fait face à une guerre contre le COVID19, des malfrats continuent de dérouler leur trafic loin des airs, mais dans les océans, insoupçonnés des mesures d’urgence entreprises par les autorités. La vigilance de la marine nationale a permis l’arrestation de trois individus de nationalités étrangères ( Deux colombiens et un espagnol ) transportant de la drogue d’une quantité jamais saisie en territoire sénégalais. Selon la Direction de l’information et des relations publiques des armées (Dirpa), ‹‹ l’embarcation, le Ainez, qui permettait le transport de la drogue a été arraisonnée, les trois personnes d’équipage et la cargaison ont été déroutées vers le Port Militaire de la base de Dakar ››
Prisé par les narcotrafiquants, de par sa position géographique, le Sénégal vient d’enregistrer sa plus grosse saisie de cocaïne avec une quantité estimée à 5,145 tonnes.
Le film de l’arrestation s’est déroulé dans la nuit du 27 au 28 Avril aux environs de 3h 30mn du matin en plein Couvre-feu.
Le bateau qui avait pris départ des eaux sud-américaines n’a pas échappé au radar du Patrouilleur ‹‹ Fouladou ›› de la Marine Sénégalaise qui a finalement permis son interpellation. L’enquête suit son cours et les trafiquants sont dans les filets des services de la police scientifique, de l’Office central de répression des trafics des stupéfiants et des douanes, en présence de la gendarmerie nationale pour les besoins de suivi et d’enquête, informe la DIRPA.
