Violences À L’Ucad : Les Mises En Garde Du Recteur Et Du Directeur Du Coud

Les autorités universitaires multiplient les sorties après les violences enregistrées jeudi dernier à l’Ucad entre « deux groupes appartenant à deux associations à fortes connotations ethniques ». Mais cette fois-ci, c’est davantage pour avertir les fauteurs de trouble, à travers un communiqué conjoint du recteur Ahmadou Aly Mbaye et du directeur du Coud Maguette Sène. »Dorénavant, les auteurs des actes de violences, de quelque nature que ce soit, seront traduits devant le conseil de discipline de l’université et les juridictions compétentes du pays », préviennent ces deux autorités qui assurent que le directeur du Coud prendra les mesures nécessaires pour la protection des personnes dans le campus social.

Dans le communiqué, Mbaye et Sène soutiennent que la promptitude de l’intervention des forces de l’ordre et de la sécurité du Coud a permis d’éviter le pire. Ainsi, ils condamnent ces actes de violences tout en rappelant les liens de parenté qui cimentent le vivre ensemble au Sénégal
