Macky Sall, qui a largement fréquenté la diaspora, n’ignore pas la générosité et le sens du sacrifice vis-à-vis de la Patrie dont elle a fait, en toutes circonstances, montre. Mais, comme le suggère avec dépit le Docteur Tito Tamba de Bignona, il est, comme toujours, à « l’heure de la Politique ». Comme Jésus multipliait le pain, lui multiplie un kilo de riz en mille gains politiques : il fidélise sa clientèle politique, il adresse un message aux bailleurs que leur argent est utilisé pour sauver de la famine des hordes misérables (c’est bon pour la conscience).
