Le patrimoine de l’ancien Premier ministre, Idrissa Seck, a été dévoilé dans sa déclaration auprès de l’Ofnac. Il comporte des biens évalués au total à plusieurs milliards de francs CFA. Il est constitué du Cyber campus de Thiès d’une valeur de 2 millions de dollars et d’un terrain de plus de 2000 m2 situé en face du cyber campus que Idrissa Seck, alors Premier ministre, avait racheté à un homme d’affaires thiessois qui l’avait hérité du patrimoine de la Sidec. Ledit terrain est évalué pour l’heure, à 200 millions de franc CFA.
Toujours à Thiès, le président du CESE dispose d’un autre titre foncier de 1700 m2 gracieusement offert par Abbas Jaber où devait être érigée une école d’excellence au nom d’une fondation de Thiessois de l’étranger. Mais avant son entrée au CESE, Idrissa Seck aurait tenté de le revendre à son donateur, sans succès selon L’AS.
Abondance de biens ne nuisant pas, le patron de Rewmi possède une maison au quartier Mbour 2 occupée par sa grande sœur. A Toubab Dialaw, le leader de Rewmi est propriétaire également d’une maison en bord de mer. Cette résidence secondaire avait financé la campagne au second de tour de Me Wade, après sa revente en 2000, mais il va la racheter à son nouveau propriétaire dès son accession au pouvoir.
Mais il faut signaler pour Idrissa Seck, que le gros de sa fortune se trouve dans la forêt de Bandia où il possède un domaine d’au moins 100 hectares évalué à 3 milliards FCfa. Selon toujours «Le Confidentiel», c’est en 2010 que le leader de Rewmi, après avoir vendu sa maison des Cristallines à Ahmed Khalifa Niasse à 450 millions FCfa, avait racheté tout ce domaine où il dispose d’un petit Haras et y a érigé d’élégantes cabanes en bois.
A Dakar, il a sa maison du Point E, un terrain de près de 2 ha en bord de mer non loin de Mermoz. On ignore cependant si ce terrain fait partie de sa déclaration de patrimoine. Ce terrain peut s’évaluer au moins à 20 milliards Fcfa au prix actuel du marché, renchérit L’AS
