Non, les Sénégalais ne sont pas un peuple d’assistés, même si des décennies de politiques de clientélisme ont produit des dégâts profonds.
Macky Sall, qui a largement fréquenté la diaspora, n’ignore pas la générosité et le sens du sacrifice vis-à-vis de la Patrie dont elle a fait, en toutes circonstances, montre.
