Le Conseil national de régulation de l’audiovisuel (CNRA) a ordonné à la Sen Tv le respect de certaines conditions pour être autorisée à poursuivre la diffusion de la série ‘’Infidèles’’.
Le gendarme de l’audiovisuel qui a reçu de ’’nombreuses autres plaintes/protestations’’ contre la série ‘’Infidèles’’ a rendu publique, mercredi, une ‘’décision portant conditions de poursuite de la diffusion de la série ‘Infidèles’ par la Sen Tv’’.
Le CNRA ordonne à la télévision privée de ’’ne plus diffuser des propos, comportements et images jugés indécents, obscènes ainsi que des séquences et propos susceptibles de nuire à la préservation des valeurs, sensibilités et identités culturelles et religieuses’’.
Selon le document, l’instruction du dossier par les services du monitoring du CNRA fait ressortir ’’des propos, comportements et images jugés choquants, indécents, obscènes ou injurieux ; des séquences et propos qui portent gravement atteinte à la dignité, l’image, l’honneur et la réputation de la personne humaine, notamment de la femme’’’.
Le CNRA constate également ’’des séquences et propos susceptibles de nuire à la préservation des valeurs, sensibilités et identités culturelles et religieuses’’. Il y a aussi ’’des manquements à la règlementation, notamment celle relative à la signalétique’’.
Dans sa décision, le Conseil ordonne à la Sen Tv de ’’ne plus diffuser ou rediffuser la série +Infidèles avant 22h 30mn’’.
Le média doit ’’extirper des bandes annonces de cette série les scènes susceptibles de heurter la sensibilité du jeune public’’ et ’’insérer de manière visible et pendant toute la durée de la série, un pictogramme rond de couleur blanche avec l’incrustation de -16 en noir’’.
Selon le CNRA, ’’le non-respect de la présente décision, outre l’interdiction définitive de toute diffusion ou rediffusion de la série, expose la Sen Tv aux sanctions prévues par la loi.
