Les décrets d’application du Code de la presse sont finalement  adoptés hier, en Conseil des ministres. De fait, des changements importants vont s’opérer dans le management et le fonctionnement des maisons de presse.

Désormais, ne pourront prétendre au titre de «journalistes» que les personnes ayant obtenu un diplôme dans l’une des écoles de journalismes reconnues par l’État, ou être détenteur d’un diplôme universitaire (minimum licence) assorti à un minimum de deux ans de stage dans une rédaction.

Pour ce qui est des sites d’informations, ils seront très encadrés. Pour prétendre au titre de «site d’information en ligne», il faudra une rédaction minimale de trois personnes. Le directeur de la publication quant à lui devra justifier d’une expérience dans la presse d’au moins 10 ans,  tandis que le rédacteur en chef devra se prévaloir d’une expérience minimale de sept ans.
