Djerassem Le Bemadjiel, l’ancien ministre tchadien du pétrole est en garde à vue depuis ce mercredi 2 septembre. Il est poursuivi par l’inspection générale d’État pour sa gestion quand il présidait le secteur pétrolier il y a quatre ans. Il est accusé, entre autres, de détournement de fonds publics. Des accusations qui n’ont aucun fondement, dénoncent ses avocats.
L’ancien ministre a été interpellé tôt ce mercredi par la police judiciaire suite à une plainte de l’inspection générale d’État qui lui reproche, entre autres chefs d’accusations, du détournement de deniers publics, de la corruption, de l’atteinte à la fortune publique, de l’abus de fonction et de confiance et de l’entrave au bon fonctionnement de la justice.
Des chefs d’accusations qui datent de sa gestion du ministère du pétrole entre 2011 et 2016, selon la plainte de l’inspection générale d’État.
