Cette restauration, qui vient ainsi adapter l’organisation du pouvoir exécutif à un nouvel environnement économique et socio-politique, s’accompagne d’une nécessaire requalification des rapports entre l’exécutif et le législatif, notamment la réintroduction de la responsabilité du gouvernement devant l’Assemblée nationale et le pouvoir de dissolution de celle-ci dévolu au Président de la République
