C’est officiel ! Le président du Mouvement Gueum Sa Bopp Bougane Gueye Dany a déclaré officiellement sa candidature à la mairie de Dakar pour les prochaines élections locales de janvier 2022, a-t-on appris d’une source proche de l’affaire.

Selon notre source, l’opposant a fait l’annonce ce lundi à son quartier général.

C’est dire que la convoitise de la capitale s’annonce très rude. Depuis quelques temps, l’édile de Mermoz Sacré-Cœur, Barthélemy Dias, ne cesse d’affirme son intention d’hériter de la mairie de la ville de Dakar, aux mains de Soham El Wardini depuis la révocation de Khalifa Sall.

D’autres ténors à l’image de Mame Mbaye Niang ont également annoncé leur candidature.

    class defined by their « conservative political views[,] male gender[,] and/or … Caucasian or Asian race ».
