L’ordre du jour porte sur l’examen de deux projets de loi. « le projet de loi n°07/2021 modifiant la loi n°81-52 du 10 juillet 1981 portant Code des Pensions civiles et militaires de retraite, modifiée et le projet de loi n°08/2021 modifiant les articles 10 et 13 de la loi n°2017-26 du 13 juillet 2017 abrogeant et remplaçant certaines dispositions de la loi n°67-42 du 30 juin 1967 portant Code des pensions militaires d’invalidité, modifiée », indique le communiqué de presse reçu de la Direction de la Communication de l’institution.
Le Ministre des Finances et du Budget, Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo va défendre ces projets de loi.
