L’ex-candidat à la présidentielle de février 2019 avait interjeté appel après le niet du Doyen des juges et du procureur de la République, mettant en avant l’article 2 du Code de procédure pénale, selon lequel l’action assignée en réparation de dommage causé par toute infraction appartient à tous ceux qui personnellement souffert du dommage causé par l’infraction.
